Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at SSCreationsTime. All of our products are custom made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than product defects or damage during shipping.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sscreationstime@gmail.com. Be sure to include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if the issue qualifies.

Non-Returnable Items

As all items are custom made specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect address provided at checkout

All sales are final.

Refunds

If your return request is approved due to damage or a production error, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
